Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All items purchased from OgoSport can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund of the price of the item and must include the original receipt. Returns or exchanges will ONLY be accepted on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

If you are exchanging an item, please note that shipping charges to OgoSport as well as return shipping is paid by the customer. Shipping on returned items is not refundable, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by OgoSport (e.g. wrong item/color).

If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately at customercare@ogosport.com or 718-554-0777 for replacement. Our staff is available to help you Monday - Friday during the hours 10AM - 6PM EST.

OgoSport will only return/exchange items purchased through OgoSport.com and a copy of your receipt is required. Items purchased through a OgoSport retailer must be returned/exchanged through that specific retailer, observing their particular return/exchange policy.

 

SALE ITEM POLICY

Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. A one-time price adjustment will be permitted on any item within 30 days of initial purchase with original receipt. The one-time adjustment will be retained as credit toward future purchases at ogosport.com

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed once we receive your returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your credit card company or bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
